UNBOWED products are only available to be shipped in the US, and US Military APO/FPO/DP addresses (shipped USPS ONLY).

UNBOWED is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. UNBOWED is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

My Shipment Is Stuck In Transit

It can sometimes take a few days for our delivery partners to scan and track all packages.

Sometimes a scan can be missed and it may look like your package has not moved for several days. In these instances, the package is usually still in transit and the situation resolves itself within a few days.

If no movement has occurred within 5 business days of the expected estimated delivery date, please get in touch with our customer experience team at and we'll immediately look into the matter!

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

We recommend all customers to purchase our shipping insurance. We have partnered with Route+ to provide shipping insurance in the case of lost/stolen and damaged orders. For more information about Route+, please click here.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

To help ensure the quickest delivery, please follow the address format tips below.

  1. Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.).
  2. Name and Address Fields: Enter the full name, grade, and PSC or unit number for the addressee
  3. City Field: Should only be "APO" or "FPO" or "DPO"
  4. State/Province Field: "AA" (Armed Forces in the Americas, except Canada), "AE" (Armed Forces in Europe, Canada, Middle East, and Africa), or "AP" (Armed Forces in Asia Pacific)
  5. Country Field: Always choose "United States"
  6. In the "ZIP Code" field, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9. Any other ZIP codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of a military ZIP code.
  7. In the "Phone" field, we suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside. We must receive a phone number before we are able to ship.

Please note: We cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO or DPO for military shipments. Entering a city other than APO or FPO or DPO will result in your order being delayed or possibly canceled. Also, do not enter the state in this field. (Incorrect: APO AE, AE.) If you are stationed in a war zone, our system also may not recognize your address. Please review your entry for accuracy.

Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and will be charged carrier calculated rates based on the destination, dimensions, and total weight of the order.

  • It is not necessary to add the specific military formation or the recipient's rank
  • When mailing to a DPO address, do not add the street address of the embassy
  • Several restrictions apply when shipping to a military or diplomatic address:
  • Packages must weigh 70 lbs or less and cannot exceed 130" in combined length and girth
  • You cannot send any items restricted by the USPS (see full list here) or any perishable food

All APO, FPO or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Orders shipping overseas can take approximately 5 business days to reach the APO, FPO or DPO hub. It will take additional time to receive your package from there.
