RETURNS & EXCHANGES: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
*Please know that we do not accept returns on items where a Return/Exchange Form has not been filled out and a tracking number has been emailed to us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ANY SPRING HUNT OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED BY 30% OR MORE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, UNLESS REASON IS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS ARE ONLY APPLIED TO ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED LESS THAN 30% OFF.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with them. We apply refunds to the credit card it was purchased with or issue a store credit. You must return the product in order to receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded and/or store credits will not include the cost of shipping.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returned products that occur in transit. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for, or not refund any amounts attributable to, any such lost or damaged products.

There may be a varying restocking and/or service fee. Please contact us before shipping back your items to discuss our exchange/refund policy and fees that may apply.
Item(s) that are unopened, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, or items that you believe have a manufacturer’s defect, may be returned. In order for us to process your return, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days starting from the date that the product is delivered or supplied to you. Please take into account the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to us in Scottsdale, AZ.
Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your FINAL SALE PURCHASE, please reach out to our customer service so that we can help assist you.
Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Free of stains, marks, pet dander, and any signs of wear.
Supplements must be returned and received back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Item(s) must be purchased via UNBOWED.com, with proof of purchase to qualify for money back guarantee, returns, store credits and exchanges.
All original labels must still be attached to return any item. Many (but not all) of our items include hang tags. Please ensure these tags are attached, and item(s) are in original garment bags or your return will be subject to rejection of refund/exchange.
If for any reason your return does not meet our inspection, you will be notified of the reason(s) by email or they will be rejected and sent back to you, at your expense.
All apparel items go through a thorough inspection and can take up to 14 days after your item has been received to complete this inspection.
If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

Simply fill out the form below, print it, and include it in your return to us. We require your tracking number so that we can track your return on our end as well.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. UNBOWED is NOT responsible for stolen or lost returned packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding for such packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and insuring returned packages and filing all claims in these cases.

WHAT ABOUT MY REFUND?
In order for you to receive your refund back to your original payment method, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 14 days for processing and inspection for wear and damages. Once your return has been accepted, please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
All apparel items must be unworn, unsoiled, and not laundered. All merchandise must be in the original bag, have tags intact, in original condition and if applicable, liners must be attached. If an item is determined to be soiled or used, it will not be accepted. Please do not cut the tags from your new purchase until you are sure it is for you!
