UNBOWED PROTEIN COFFEE

Just in case you need a little motivation to get you out of bed...you're welcome!

If you're like us, you are doing good just getting up and starting your day, let alone getting protein in first thing in the morning. Well, fret not, we've got you covered on our latest morning ritual.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk (your choice of nut milk, oat milk or regular milk. We like nut milk for an added healthy fat)
  • 1/2 - 1 full Scoop UNBOWED Whey Protein

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a NutriBullet Blender, or any blender you've got handy on high speed until all ingredients are combined, about 30 seconds. 

In a hurry? Pour all contents into a shaker cup and out the door, you go! 

Note

Add ice to the ingredients to make an iced-coffee. We've also been known to add a fresh banana to this one.😋
