WHEN TO TAKE IT

Our Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition recommends consuming a protein shake within 15–60 minutes after exercise. This time frame is known as the “anabolic window” known for having the greatest benefits for getting the most of the nutrients.

But wait, there's a difference between consuming a protein shake and a meal replacement shake, and it's very important to know the difference between the two. 

A protein shake contains only one macronutrient, protein, and a meal replacement shake contains all three macronutrients.

WHEN AND HOW TO TAKE IT

Cycle SHED. If after taking SHED for several weeks you find you no longer feel the effects you did when starting, or you're noticing any side effects, then it's time to take a break—not more product.
