It’s hard to believe that it contains such wholesome, protein-packed ingredients to help fuel your fitness results, considering how delicious it tastes.
You could certainly make this recipe using whatever vanilla or fruit-flavored protein powder you have on hand, though you need to know that the quality of the protein will have an effect on the flavor of your frozen yogurt, so be sure to use a protein that’s really tasty like UNBOWED Blueberry Cake Batter.
In order to get the most out of the supplements that you use, make sure to get the highest quality, one that is manufactured in an FDA inspected facility, and one with minimal ingredients that will help eliminate any food sensitives and/or allergies you may have.
